She has transformed customer engagement through data-driven strategies, spearheaded digital transformation efforts, and driven millions in revenue by turning customer bases into growth engines. Marie has worked on strategic partnerships with major global brands—including McDonald’s, UEFA, Expedia, Redbull and many more—leveraging first party data to create value for both businesses and customers.
She leads Mikwabo, helping businesses refine customer strategies, maximise lifetime value, and build meaningful, profitable relationships. True to the name meaning “welcome” in Fon, Marie’s approach is rooted in making customers feel valued while delivering measurable business impact.
